The Radiocer® capacitors Type 2, are produced to function with very high continuous voltages or continuous voltages having a weak alternative component.
The dielectric ceramic used in the manufacture of these capacitors is Type 2 with very high relative permittivity. In this type of ceramics the nonlinear temperature coefficient as well as the factor of loss is higher than in ceramics of the Type 1.
